For 2022: Aid stations will be located near the mile markers listed below. There will be water and Nuun Sport Strawberry Lemonade provided at all aid stations:
5K - Mile 1.5
Half Marathon - Miles 1.5, 4, 6, 9, 11.5
GU Energy gels will be provided on the half marathon course at Mile 4 and 9. The available flavors will be Lemon Sublime, TriBerry, and Carmel Machiatto.
