Aid stations will be available the locations below. Water will be served at all aid stations:
5K: Mile 2
10K: Miles 2, 5
10 Mile: Miles 2, 4, 6, 8, 9
Nuun (Lemon lime) will be available at the Mile 2 aid station on the 10K course. Nuun (Lemon lime) will be available at the Mile 2 and Mile 6 aid stations on the 10 Mile course.
Honey Stinger gels will be available at the Mile 2 aid station of the 10K and 10 Mile courses and the Mile 6 aid station on the 10 Mile course.
