For 2022: Aid stations will be available the locations below:
5K: Mile 2.2
10K: Miles 2.2, 4, 5.1
10 Mile: Miles 2, 4, 6.1, 7.8, 9
Water is provided at all aid stations along the course. Nuun Sport Strawberry Lemonade will be provided at the stations at Mile 2, 6.1, and 9 along the course the 10 Mile course and at Mile 2 and 5.1 along the 10K course.
GU Energy Gel (Vanilla Bean, Strawberry Banana, and TriBerry) will also be provided on the 10 Miler
course at the aid station at Mile 6.1.
