All participants are required to pick up their race packet at the Race Expo, unless they're a Half Marathon participant who has prepaid for Race Day Packet Pick Up.
5K Participants may pick up on the 5K Saturday, Race Day for no extra fee.
Participants must bring their ID and their Bib QR CODE found in the confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. Confirmation emails will be emailed to participants the week of the race.
Race Expo:
Saturday, November 15th: 9:30am — 3:00pm
5K Participants may pick up their packet: 7:30am — 8:45am and then head to the start line.
5K Race Start: 9:00am
Half Marathon Participants may pick up their packet: 9:30am — 3:00pm

Race day packet pick-up on Sunday, November 16th for the half-marathon is available for a fee. Participants can purchase this option by when registering for the event. If you did not purchase during registration, please follow the instructions below to add it to your registration.
If you did not purchase race day packet pick-up at the time of registration, simply log into your MyEvents.ACTIVE.com account, find your race entry, and click the “Purchase merchandise” button to add Race Day Packet Pick-up to your registration.
There is no Bib By Mail option for 2025.
